it depends on the court and the judge but i just came out of court for a petit larceny and i got
20 hours community service as well as a 6 month acd which means i have to stay out of trouble for 6 monthes or they can bring back my case and i can get in bigger trouble for it.

you would have to go before the board of nursing in your state, explain yourself, and they decide your fate.
The chances are pretty good that after 3 bites at the apple, you will go away for at least a few months this time.
The first thing is to hire a lawyer and get your record cleared. Oh but wait! you said Ga. Some states will take the larceny charges off, but with a stipulation of no firearms. Go figure. There is a few things that can happen when you go to court on a 3rd domestic and false imprisonment charges. You can either be put on probation or you can spend some time in jail.
