He has obviously re-ranked his priorities where you are no longer at the top. But also it's important to see how often he calls other people. Does he call people in general? Maybe hitting people up vie telecommunication just isn't part of his daily lifestyle. But definitely, if he's a caller and still does not want to dial you, most likely does not have as much spark for you and most definitely is taking you for granted!
