One cannot "Calculate the accelaration of a car by its engine power in cc" and hence derive the "force applied by it" because, depending on the configuration of the engine varying amounts of horsepower (ie engine power) can be obtained from the same size engine. One would have to have a known amount of "engine power" to apply the "F=ME" formula and from there calculate the acceleration possibilities.
Yes. If the choke plate is sitting in there loose if can close by itself which would flood the engine. Also, without the choke you would have a very lean condition during cold start-up until the engine warms up.

NO!! The Mazda engine and ford engine are totally different period.Mazda was still strickly Mazda until 1993. It was not until 1994 when Mazda and ford became the same on engine and tranmission similarities.You need a Mazda engine for your Mazda transmission.Note the 1986-1993 Mazda bseries trucks are all Mazda manufactured.Ford is not interchangeable with these models period.
choke not working
Older vehicles with a carburetor have a choke to aid in cold starts. The choke would be part of the carburetor. If it was to be stuck on the engine would flood and not start. Newer vehicles (mid 80's and up) are fuel injected and do not use the "choke" as such. It is done electronicly.
The car has computerized fuel injection. There is no choke because there is no carburetor.
the purpose of the choke relay is to supply power to the choke heater ONLY when the engine is running; otherwise if you left the key in the run position but the engine wasn't running the choke would open up even though the engine wasn't warmed up. then when you tried to start it, it wouldn't start because no choke. the control circuit for the relay usually comes off of the back of the alternator triad winding (alternator not turning=engine not running). without looking at a wiring diagram i can't tell you the details of the wiring but that's the idea of it- engine running turns relay on and sends power to choke heater and slowly opens up choke; key on but engine not running means relay is off and no power to choke heater. if the relay is not working, then no power will go to choke heater and the choke will stay on too long (or if ambient temps. are low it may stay on all the time). fast idle will stay on also as it is hooked up to choke linkage.

Unfortunately, a 1997 Toyota Supra engine and trans would not fit into a 1990 Mazda Miata. The Supra engine and transmission are unable to be mounted correctly within a Miata to make them fit.
