An atheist would, of course, not believe that Jesus is the Son of God, nor that he died for the sins of others. Some atheists would doubt the existence of the human Jesus described in the gospels, while others would say that he was a preacher who wandered in Palestine, but who did not perform miracles and probably did not say everything attributed to him.
Since those atheists who doubt the existence of Jesus would learn nothing from his life, we can look at what would be learnt by those who see him as a good man and preacher. They would recognise that there have been many such holy men throughout history, including Jesus, the Buddha and many others. They would learn to respect ideas of doing good and helping others. They would see his example of self-sacrifice as noble and worthy of admiration.

These texts provide insights into his teachings, miracles, and interactions with others. While they are considered religious texts, historians can analyze them to understand the historical context in which Jesus lived and the impact of his teachings on society.
She did not convert to Christianity. She, like Jesus, was a Jew her whole life. She and Joseph taught Him the prayers and how to act. Even Jesus had to learn from someone.
"Are you willing to dedicate your life to Jesus and follow him completely?"
Atheists think that there is no universal meaning to life.
If Mary and Jesus had a hidden life, how could be know what it was? It would have been hidden.
The assertion in the question is false and offensive, at least as applied to atheists.
Atheists generally do not believe in creationism as it involves the idea of a supernatural deity creating the universe and life. Most atheists adhere to scientific explanations like evolution for the origins of life and the universe.
Have you read the Bible? If you do you will learn what Jesus did between the Crucifixion and Resurrection. You will also learn that being an example of how to live was just ONE thing that Jesus did. That should answer your question.
