The engine would breath properly = more power and better fuel economy And less emissions
I would check the air filter first. If the filter is clean you need to clean the throttle body.
That would be filter / clean blood
We could filter the air but we would probally die
Too much dirt, Clean the filter, change the vacumn cleaner bag.
The fuel filter is not servicable. You would replace it with a new one.
No it is not. Why would you want to pump CLEAN FLUID through a dirty FILTER.
Depending on the mileage, and if you are having issues, your best option would be to change the transmission fluid/filter. I would not recommend additives or flushing.
It is located underneath the air filter, at the driver's side. Therefore you have to remove that filter and its base while you are standing (the car need not to be jacked). I hope this would be helpful to you.
if your filter doesn't have a pop-up to let you know when it needs cleaning, i would clean it every couple of months or any time you notice diminished water pressure coming out of it.
Fuel filter and clean oil may be a good idea, but your 8 to 10 mpg will not change.
There are ways to clean without draining or running through your filter but they would include the use of a separate filter which would be as much hassle.I would recommend draining the pool and lightly acid washing to properly get out all the mud and bacteria it may have left behind.
That depends, if you have a twenty gallon tank (too small, but just for example) you should have a filter that can filter 20 gallons efficiently. I would recomend a whisper power filter, it tells you how big of a tank it should be in. (For a 20 gal. it will say on it "20".) hope this helps :)
