You could use an UTH with a heat bulb, flexawatt, CHE, or a radiant heat panel. Never use a heat rock, and never put an UTH inside the enclosure or if used on glass, underneath water.
how much would a baby boa constrictor cost
the best place would be a tank or vivarium
Tegu's grow to around 4 feet - so a vivarium that size will not last it very long (maybe a year or two) ! As an adult - it would need a vivarium of at least 12 x 4 x 6 !
No - Corn snakes can grow to 72 inches in length. The minimum size vivarium at that size would need to be 48 x 24 x 24 inches !
Constrictors are huge snakes,I would be afraid to see one.:(
There are no species of boa native anywhere outside of the Americas, so a boa constrictor would only live in these areas because they are someone's pet.
It depends on the size of the snake. The vivarium should be at last half the adult snakes length. on its longest side - and a quarter of the adult snakes length for the measurement front to back.
a average boa constrictor can get along 6 to 8 feet.
The sloth and coati populations would increase.
Probably cuz ur dumb......who would even get a snake for a pet anyway?!?!?1?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Tertiary consumer
No. Venom requires energy and constriction requires energy also. So, the strategy of the constrictor is to save energy for other tasks and having venom as well as constriction would be wasteful and sometime evolutionary forces are not too wasteful.
