As velocity never exceeds the velocity of light.... so i hope a man running with the velocity of light will not be able to throw a ball with any velocity.......... we may get the maximum n minimum velocity with which that can be thrown mathematically that we may get it to be zero................

Why velocity of current equal to velocity of light?

Because charge particles produces magnetic field which causes electromagnetic force that's why moving charges move with the velocity equal to the velocity of light.

Is it possible for something to have an escape velocity equal to light?

No light is the fastest possible. Nothing escapes the velocity of light. ==================================== Sure. The escape velocity at some appropriate distance from a black hole is equal to 'c'. That's why the hole is black. The exact value of the distance depends on the hole's mass.

Why anything cannot cross the velocity of light?

Because every matter has a mass which tries to stop the matter from gaining the equal or higher velocity as light.

How does the escape velocity from a black hole compare with the speed of light?

The escape velocity of a black hole is equal or greater than the speed of light, so light cannot escape

The velocity of light is 3.00 which is equal to what?

This question does not make sense. Part (1) "The velocity of light is 3.00" is a statement within the question following Part (2) "which is equal" is again a statement. Part (3) "to what?" is the question. So if I ask, "The velocity to what?" and replace the word "velocity" with "light" to define it better, I get, "The light to what?" and substitute the value of light with the given in Part (1) and add the second statement given in Part (2), I get, "3.00 is equal to what?" Hello? is what I want to ask. Perhaps reversing the original question will enlighten: "What is equal to the velocity of light...which is 3.00?" Wa-la. This was a trick question. The answer in not only within the question itself, but also happens to correlate to the number of minutes wasted answering this...this...

Light that coin do pass when thrown on India is light pass when thrown on world.

What is the velocity of light in meters?

the velocity of light is 300000000 m/s

What of a black hole is the radius from a black hole at which the escape velocity is approximately equal to the speed of light?

It is called the Schwarzschild radius

What describes how fast an object is moving and in what dirrection?

The maximum speed of any object is hardly equal to speed of light which is 3*10^8 approximately.

Can instantaneous velocity equal infinity?

No, in the physical world nothing can reach an infinite speed, as it would gain infinite mass which is not possible. In Math, you could have the velocity equal infinity for theoretical purposes, but the constant C, the speed of light, would be a better choice.

How is the name black hole related to escape velocity?

The word "black" aptly describes the inability of light to escape - all light and matter that passes the event horizon can only do so in one direction, falling in. The reason is, the escape velocity inside the event horizon is greater than the speed of light, the event horizon itself being the boundary at which the escape velocity is equal to that speed. Outside that horizon, the escape velocity is less than the speed of light, hence it would be possible for light and objects moving at speeds approaching that of light to escape.

What is the velocity of electromagnetic wave?

The velocity of an electromagnetic wave in a vacuum is approximately 299,792 kilometers per second, which is also equal to the speed of light. In different mediums, the velocity of electromagnetic waves can be slower depending on the material properties.
