I had this problem on my van. It turns out that the AC high pressure switch was shorting out. If you remove your engine cover (dog house) you can acess the rear of the AC compressor where the switch is located. I just un plugged the swith and ran a jumper wire on the plug. That was about 9 months ago and I have not had any problems since. Good Luck.
i just changed my fuel pump and it has not blown the fuse so i would say that it can cause the fuse to blow
What would cause your fuse to blow when you turn on your lights on your 1993 mazda 323 the fuse to the tail lights on dash lights blow?
Check for a blown fuse - if this is problem and continues to blow fuse you will have to further investigate circuit for dead short or overload
Replace fuse #36 in the inside fusebox.See "Related Questions" below for more
Unplug the ECC fuse. If the fuse does not blow, then hook up the ECC. If the fuse blows then the ECC will need to be replaced.
It could be your fuel pump fuse or just your fuel pump. i had the same problem it was just the fuse on mine
no A FRN fuse is a slow blow fuse where an non is a fast blow fuse. In a pinch a slow blow fuse can be use in a fast blow circuit but not the other way around.
Because there is a fault either in the pump or in the wiring causing it to pull too much power.
Not necessarily. It can blow because the circuit was overloaded and pulling too much current. That would cause the fuse to overheat and blow.
You cannot because a five amp fuse would blow because the original fuse was seven point five. and a ten amp fuse would not blow quick enough to save or even be safe to use it in whatever you are using it for.
sometimes when the lights blow out the fuse also blows out. check the fuse!!
An Electrical Short Cut somewhere would cause it to blow the fuse. A pinch wire would ground the system, and cause a shortcut.
