If the instrument panel is not working than its most likely to be a loose connection. This was the case with my corsa. also poor running due to the sensors which i had to change and air flow meter was faulty.

All of these parts run on electricity, and for all of them to fail would be bad. Bad or burnt wiring could cause them not to work, or a alternator going bad could cause them not to work as well.
They shut the site down cause they got sick of running it!!
Check the fuses, if the fuse is blown you may have a short in the running light circuit.
Chances are the TCS temprature coolant sensor has gone faulty. This will cause the cooling fan to run witha cold engine
Pregnancy: get a pregnancy test. Stress, running, working out, etc....
Alternator is no longer working properly.
There are numerous reasons that can cause the instrument panel to stop working. In my case, I found a pin on one of the printed circuit boards that had never been soldered. This pin supplied 12 DC power from one board to the other and was black from arcing over the years. This was an intermittent problem that would cause the entire panel to come and go. I soldered the pin and the instrument cluster has been working flawlessly ever since. Bad grounds are often the cause for electrical problems in Corvettes.
bad headlight switch
fuse to the dash gone ???
It happens when you try to beat a ferrari in a sprint race in your vauxhall. If you decide to give up in fourth gear, only that gear will continue working.
