check the starter connection , check ground connection Your onboard computer draws current as does other minor circuits. Is the battery up?? Don't assume this; charge it.

There is a fuse attached to the positive battery cable harness, somewhere near the battery. Find that fuse and replace it. This might just solve the problem. The fuse is not attached to the battery cable, but in the vicinity of the battery batteries positive side.
