Dirty fuel filter.
Incorrect fuel pressure (bad pump).
Faulty fuel pressure regulator.
Contaminated fuel (water).
Restricted exhaust (bad catalytic converter).
Check for any codes set in the ECM.

I would suspect low fuel pressure would cause both conditions.
Bad brake booster.
engine misfire. i have a '96 Chevy blazer but i don't have that problem, i was reading reviews on the car and found out that some of them do that.

Bad ideal. Why would you want to ? It would just cause bad problems later.
