I would find and replace the fuel filter first and if that's not your problem then check out the fuel pump.Good luck
Several things can cause your fuel gauge not to work. The most common cause is a bad ground wire. A malfunctioning float in the fuel tank can also cause the problem.

I assume it is in the tank. I know it was on my 96 ram 360.
Should be around 45-55 psi

It is inside the tank, part of the fuel pump module.
If the pump is new, the most likely cause is a clogged fuel filter or line. Broken line, cut hose, improper instilation.

There should be no way for transmission fluid to be getting into a cylinder on a DOdge 360.
