have your wheels balanced . if that doesnt fix it, check the u-joints
More than likely the tires are the issue, unless this happens when you are braking, then it is the front brake rotors. Tire problems are no joke, have them inspected even if it costs, its worth not being killed or killing someone else.
It would be highly unlikely.
sound like the valve body is sticking if you car is over 50000 miles have trans. flush
She'd bend over and shake.
Look forward to a bill of over $2000! I had my 92 Lexus LS400 converted for $2,456! :(

Failed steering stabilizer shock, loose tie rod, bent steering component, slipped belt in a tire, etc.
Yes shake it up is over. It aired from November 7, 2010 to November 10, 2013
There are a whole lot of problems that can cause an engine to shake. Did you look at the motor mounts? How are the bearings? Why don't you have someone who knows what he is doing look it over?
No shake it up is OVER!
As you did not say which vehicle this can only be a general answer Unlikely that a faulty coil would cause an engine to knock. Very possible it would cause bucking, if the coil is failing there would be a lack of spark. This would cause bucking/missfire, which may cause the engine to shake on it's mountings possibly causing a knock from contact with the vehicle frame.
