vacuum leak? carburetor adjustment?
I's under your throttle linkage up front
Lifters ticking.
could be a bad fuel pump,or just a fuse or relay burnt out!!fuses and relay are in under hood fuse box.
A vacuum leak would do that. Check the base gasket under the throttle body.
it may be the throttle body sensor ya see first it blew a 30 fuse in the fuse panel under the hood then it wouldnt' start then a friend told me it was my throttle body sensor
You may have a vacuum leak, check the gasket under the throttle body, spray some carb cleaner around the base of the throttle body while the engine is running. If there is a leak you will hear a change in the engine rpms.
i just changed mine. take the black throttle body cover off look to the right of the distributor cap under it. its a booger to get to.
1997 chev Malibu doesn't start but then if relay is wiggled by engine under hood car starts can this be fixed
You will need to remove the throttle body and replace the throttle body gasket. The throttle body gasket can be purchased at most auto-parts stores.
Fuel pump could be possibly getting weak. Happened to my blazer.
Depends on the car, probably has a fuel or air delivery problem. Start by cleaning the throttle and IAC motor
under the throttle body next to the thermosat housing.
