It depends on what year it is. but you should try roughing it up a little bit. Go over bumps, go through trails, mud, etc. It sounds like you need to have the tires inspected. If the tread is good on the tires, it's recommended balancing the wheels and tires. This will more than likely fix the vibration/ steering wheel wobble issue. This is always the first step in this case. As far as the vehicle puling to the right on its own, you more than likely need a wheel alignment. You can usually tell if the vehicle needs an alignment by the wear on the tires. If one side of the has more trodden than the other side of the same tire, it's pretty much a guarantee you need the alignment.
