If there is no 12v positive feed then its either a fuse or wiring, the computer works the injectors by switching the earth so if the pos is there but no injection then it might be ECU. However the ECU is signaled by the crank position sensor. Easy was to diagnose this is if there is no spark or negative switch from ECU.The common denominator is the crank sensor located down the back of the block near the bell housing. There are so many silly things that can cause this, i would NOT run out and but a computer. Check injection fuse in the fuse box in the engine bay for starters. Hope this helps. Post more questions and il try and help.

i have a rover 75, 1.8. it has about 26,000 miles on clock. when does my timing belt need changing
You need the test equipment and a bunch of knowhow.
The basic engine itself is the same L-series used in the 600, however you will need to use the 600's gearbox (because of different ratios) and diesel pump and injectors. Other than that, it should be a straight swap.
I wouldn't, unless you want to reck your fuel injectors It is recommended you only use premium grade petrol.
There is a error on the transmission. low voltage. change or charge you battery
Most likely because its spark plugs are shut. Second best, ignition wires need to be replaced. Third best, injectors are full of carbon.
try checking voltage on your bulbs, sounds like you got 24v bulbs
