has the same problem with a 92 Pontiac bonniville with the 3800 ended up being the cam position sensorI justot work.
check crank sensor
Check the fuses.
Bad EGR valve
My 92 PA had a similar problem. Either the cam or crank sensor can cause this problem. If it is the fault, the error code can be read out from the computer. Mine would fail after the engine warmed up but would start again later.
How does it not start? is it cranking? Could be many things, battery, starter, etc.
bad starter, or solenoid
check igntion coils
ign spark control modual see if when it dosnt run if you have spark if no spark start there if it has spark check the redistance on injector.
Most likely, the fluid is low, or the filter is dirty.
I had the same problem with my PA after it warmed up. After several minutes it would start again then die. Over time, I had to replace both the cam and crank shaft sensors. Either one can cause this problem. These signals are necessary for the computer to send the fire signal to the correct spark plug. Reading the error code would tell which one is bad.
where is the Kill start button on a buick century 2003?
Try changeing the fuel filter,I had the same problem and it helped.
