Worn out front shocks and struts will make a clunking noise when you go over small box. The strut may actually allows the tire to hit the fender well.

There's a small leak in a hose that carries the power steering fluid.
Small airplanes like Cessna can fly close to ground. This is because they dont cause much noise. But big airplanes like Boeing and other passenger planes are allowed to fly only in the stratosphere. They cause much noise.
The brake pads could be about due for replacement, on newer cars they have a small bit of metal that scrapes the drum, creating a 'warning sound' to let you know that you need your brakes serviced... That is one of the most common reasons anyway
if the noise is occurring during acceleration, it is most likely ur heat shield. no worries though because u can simply bend it. this should stop the rattle. however if ur heat shield is internal, you have to put a small pinch in the exhaust. this closes the gap, thus deadening the noise
not interchangeable, and yes, it most likely is the source of the noise (and dewpending on the size of the crack, loss of horsepower
Not much but they do make a noise. It's usually grunts, small barks and coughing noises.
One possiblity is that the exhuast has a small leak in it because exhuasts get really hot then when you splash it water it cools it down in result will cause it to crack
Yes, but you must understand the dangers involved; driving your car with a gas leak (depending on what, where, and how bad) is like driving with a small bomb - the right set of circumstances can cause a fire or worse. IE: it is NOT smart.
Hydrogen gas produced by Oxygen generation (electrolysis) is bled overboard as tiny bubbles, through a small manifold on the outer hull. The bubbles are small enough that they can't cause noise, nor be seen at shallow depths.
