Quite a few thing could lead to "constant confusion". However, this question is lacking in details and therefore the answer will be as non-specific as the question. Confusion can be caused by sleep depravation, drug use, mal-nutrition, disease or illness, anxiety, depression, ADHD or psychosis, alcohol abuse, brain tumor, hypochondia, obsessions, etc.
If you are not too confused, a trip to the book store might shed some light on your confusion. Look in the Psychology/Psychiatry section or the medical section. If they have a copy of the DSM-IV/TR, have a seat and browse through it and look for coorelations between confusion and other conditions. Surely you must have some idea what the root of your confusion might be. Good Luck! Cheers.
