Many VW Beetles from '98 to '05 don't have a traditional old-school radiator cap. The radiator fluid usually is poured into the radiator fluid recovery bottle. There should be a fill line on the bottle.
i don't really know but get the 50/50 radiator fluid and fill it up
Well, lets see, would it be on the radiator? what a smart aleck! actually, to fill up the radiator with coolant, you have to fill up the resevoir. it is a round, plastic compartment, just above the washer fluid compartment on the top left side of the engine. There is a "maximum" line that you fill it up to.
more than likely the head gasket
On a Marauder VZ800 (1998), remove the black cap (triangle shap) on the right side at the front. There you can fill radiator fluid.
Set the radiator into place and secure it with the radiator retaining bolts. Attached the radiator stabilizing arm. Attached the radiator hoses to the engine. Fill the radiator with fluid.
Normally one entire bottle cat fill a radiator.
buy the universal fluid at your local automotive store.
Coolant is added to the overflow bottle instead of the radiator. The overflow bottle will allow fluid to fill over into the radiator.
Too much water/contains rust. need a flush & fill.
At the dipstick. It is down in between the radiator and the engine.
