It seems like your daughter may actually have a sinus infection and post nasal drip. Post nasal drip is a condition that occurs when the body cannot drain the mucus normally and is forced to drain mucus down the back of the throat. When the mucus is infected and is drained down the back of the throat it can cause a sore throat and even nausea. It may even be the cause of your daughters sore stomach. The headaches are probably caused by sinus congestion. This happens because the blocked sinuses can create pressure in the head and this pressure can result in headaches and facial pain. A sinus infection (sinusitis) can cause fevers and weaken the body's immune system leaving a person feeling tired and lethargic. You can visit sinuswars.com as they provide good remedies for sinus problems and it is also a very informative site. *Post Answer* High Temperature (the degree of hotness or coldness of a body) is one of the symptom : Infection (medicine) the invasion of the body by pathogenic microorganisms and their multiplication which can lead to tissue damage and disease...."feeling sick and weak muscles"

What could cause a popping sensation in your legs and backside after walking on a treadmill?

That popping feeling is called Fasciculation. When you work your muscles they contract and the blood vessels dilate. When you are done exercising and your body is returning to a normal state the twitching can occur. It should go away shortly after you finish your workout. This is normal after a good walk or jog..and usually sitting to rest. The feeling results in a "popcorn" feeling at the skins surface.
