On all the Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth minivans 1996 up through ?? there is a blower motor relay mounted in the firewall in the engine compartment, on passenger side, somewhere around the A/C-heater box. it is held by two metal screws, has an electrical connection. pull it out and it looks like a wire coil mounted on a board. replace it, Presto, all your speeds, etc will work again. Been there done that on two of them. AJ
