What would cause soreness in left arm above elbow when making a fist or bringing arm toward body No radiating pain.Pain seems to be from large muscle on out side of arm.?

It could be from if it was hit. The muscle might be torn if the pain hasn't gone away if you were hit. If you were hit a while ago there and you didn't get professional help, weather could set it off. Other than the muscle it could be torn tendon.
If you didn't hit it, but it gets worse with repetitive motion it could be tendonitis.
