I had this very problem not long ago on my '96 lerado. The problem I had, was the door switch on the inside of the door. The door was not pushing it in all the way. The door was not loose so all I was able to do was shim up the switch. I loosened it up and placed a flat washer behind the top and bottom of it. To find out which door is causing the problem turn the key on shut all of the doors and pull on the door until the light comes on. It shouldn't take much pressure. I hope this helps.
Brake lights are on continuously while you are driving. Every time the brake pedal is depressed.
If the interior lights stay on while driving on a 2002 Impala, there could be a problem with the headlight switch. Check the relay center for the headlights that is just behind the headlight switch.
Put on or engage your emergency break.
The dimmer switch when turned just past high, turns on the interior lights. There are switches in the door opening that turns the lights off when the door is closed. Either one of these can cause the lights to stay on if they fail.

Maybe a possible factory alarm problem !!
The switch has gotten dirty on the inside, or light relay is old
I am assuming what you mean is your interior lights and head lights are kinda blinking while your car is running. If this is the case go down to your local auto parts store and get your alternator tested. It is very possible that it is not pushing enough amps. If this is not the case you may have a short somewhere.
how to get the interior lights to turn on on 2003 oldsmobile silhouette
spray WD40 in the door latch mechanism, it will sometimes get stuck and the lubricant will free it up to engage when the door is closed.
Take old lights out. Put new lights in. Done. You have just changed the interior lights on a 97 Buick Regal!
There is a faulty fuse that goes to the interior lights. There could also be a short in the wiring that leads to the lights.
