If the parking/tailight fuse is good - then it may be a bad headlight switch No tail lights but the bulbs are working? Please explain.

If the dashboard and parking light problem is not being caused by a bad fuse, it may be a wiring problem cause by a broken or loose wire. Another possibility is that the bulbs need to be replaced.

A blown fuse would cause the hazard lights not to work on the 1994 Ford F150. It could also be blown bulbs causing the lights not to work.
Double check the bulbs you replaced, you may have installed one incorrectly or one of the bulbs is faulty. See sources and related links below for bulb information. I have seen that the turn signal flasher can cause this to occur. One side flashes faster than the other side even though all bulbs are working. The remedy is to replace the flasher unit.
If the back lights on a Peugeot 206 are not working, make sure the bulbs are new. If the bulbs are not the problem, there could be an issue with the fuse.
