As the oil heats up it becomes thinner. If the engine bearings are worn the pressurized oil leaks past the bearings far easier and the oil pump will be unable to pump sufficient quantity to keep the pressure up. Next time you change the oil use a slightly heavier grade oil. If you've been using 5W15, change to 10W30. Whatever the numbers are now, change to the next level up.
Yes it could.
No, it would cause the "low oil" light to come on.
That would one of hundreds of possible causes.
short in dash light circuit, but also check tailights. Sometimes no dash lights, AND NO TAILGHTS.
The check engine light would illuminate.
Many things could cause this. Loss of air pressure, air pump not working, etc.
Your oil pressure sending unit is bad or the oil pump is bad. I would check the sending unit first
This may be caused by a ovarian cyst. See your Physican.
If the fuel pressure is too low that might cause the service engine light to come on and , since there would not be enough fuel pressure, might also cause a sluggish response. That could be caused by a clogged fuel filter also.
Most likely a blown fuse
Low oil Low oil pressure Failed oil sending unit.
Usually it would cause low blood pressure from dehydration and hypovolemia.
