Possibly the connection between the window and the battery could have came disconnected if it got hit or maybe someone worked on your car before around that area and could of accidentaly disconnected it. or maybe you just have a bad fuse.
Check fuses
it is possible on the 1995 Ford Explorer that a burned out fuse will cause the power windows to stop working. Check the power window relay in the engine compartment relay bank near the battery or the power window fuse in the fuse panel on the driver's side of the interior.
mine did this also fond a bad cotrol relay under dash.
Its #1 cause
A bad connection would cause a forklift mast to suddenly or slowly lower. Check all your connection wires to ensure they are properly attached and working.
A disconnection in your wiring. loose wiring.

Try checking your circuit breakers largefuses or relay switches for front power windows.
What would cause the power windows on both sides to suddenly stop working? Also at the same time cause the air conditioner to not work in the front of the van only. The van is a 1991 Dodge Custom Van Ram 250.

If it both windows at the same time, it is likely to be a fuse related to the windows. Check you manual and/or fuse box for blown fuse and replace.
