A good change: "Bill of Rights" No human has the right to give, or restrict rights to any one; or any thing. The document is a blasphemy. One good change would be that we have an unabridgeable right to not have our constitution restructure every time we get a new set of nine old men, no one is that wise and It was good just as written plus the necessary admendments, which all of them are not.
