Well it would depend on how 'fresh' the zombie was. A really fresh one would only be a slight disappointment. Some vampires like a little age to their meat but still it would be a disappointment as there is no life energy there. A really decayed zombie might be difficult for a vampire to bite. There would have to be some really good incentive for it to even try.
