Well many things could come of this. In most states the age of consent is 16. Even then her parents would have to sign papers stating that they are relinquishing their parental rights and allowing her to marry you.
On the other hand since there is more than a 3 year gap in your ages her parents can press charges of statutory rape unless they had full knowledge that the two of you were having a sexual relationship.
I would talk to first both sets of parents, her drs, and then see if you need a lawyer. If you just want to do some research I would suggest contacting your local legal aid department, local juvenile court system, or a local attorney.
