If the Killer Whale was to become extinct the effects of this would have a horrible impact on the ecosystem in which it lives. The Main reason for this is that its prey's numbers would multiply. For example say the Polar bear a main food source of the killer whale's numbers would multiply because the threat of the Killer whale is no longer there, which then makes the Polar bears population feed more on the selective group of animals (Their prey, i.e.: Walrus, ringed seal and, sometimes, the bearded seal.) and then the selective race of their prey would soon have low numbers and this would cause a chain reaction throughout the food chain.
It is always a bad thing when creatures go extinct - it messes with the whole ecosystem. When a top predator disappears, the creatures underneath it on the food chain generally explode in population numbers; they consume way to much of the specie(s) underneath them, destroying the natural balance, and possibly causing the destruction of other species.
We don't know how many Killer Whales there are in the world, but estimates run from about 50,000 to 100,000, but no more then that. With that in mind, and the fact that Killer Whales generally feed on other top predators, the answer is not something that can be answered in exact terms. Still, we can asume that there would be a worldwide increase, of unknown proportions, in Killer Whale prey, ie, sharks, tuna, sea-lions, seals grey whales, salmon, rays, etc, etc, etc...
They are being hunted by whale poachers. The whale poachers only want the killer whales' blubber.
Hi im thinking it is not really going to effect the people but it will effect the ecosystem for more information you can type the question in Google.
yes it whould mean to meny fish and shaks
i want u to answer

The number of seals and penguins would go done because there are more killer whales who need to eat.

That would be a pod of killer whales.
pod of killer whales
at first killer whales were viewed as vicious predators that would kill and/or eat anything on sight. which they are not.
What would happen next if sagebrush is disappeared frrom a desert?
I think you mean "if they are experimenting onkiller whales". If so, then PeTA will probably be on their tails pretty soon. Now if the scientists were experimenting killer whales, I assume they would do things that experimenting non-killer whales would do, just more lethally.
Dolphin's are quicker swimmers, but killer whales are killer. I dunno.
No why would they eat dogs would you
