If we didn't have the 19th Amendment then women wouldn't have the right to vote and would still be stuck at home doing "women's work". Which is taking care of the children and her husband's needs. There also wouldn't be a woman's influence in politics and government...maybe that would be a good thing...I don't know! :)
However, I doubt women would have gotten along for this for much longer...that is why we have the 19th Amendment...they were completely fed up and I don't blame them
