Is that a serious question? The sun is an EXTREMELY crucial factor in warming our planet. If it were to move just an inch closer or further to us, it would dramatically alter the climate, resulting in either the earth becoming frozen or extreme heat to occur. If the sun was gone for even a moment we would all be done for.

The world would get very cold and very dark. Planets would either drift apart or collide. Life would be extinct.

They have now discovered life on geothermal vents under the sea which doesn't appear to rely on sunlight. However the life which exists there lives in a very narrow band between freezing waters and boiling gases, so it's very limited.

It would be very dark. Due to no heat from the sun coming either, the Earth would probably start to freeze, it would become quite cold pretty suddenly, probably. Plants would start to wilt, as they wouldn't have enough food. Their food is formed by photosynthesis, which requires water, light, and other nutrients.

The whole world would be like the ice age as the sun helps to keep the earth warm but not melting temprature.

The ice age was the time of earth where everything was the name "ICE."

if we had no sun we would be the coldest planet in the univers as we are one of the closest to the sun.

we also wouldn't have trees as they have to live on sun light and water

as a matter of fact everything in creation would die of our made up name frost bite!!

If the earth did not revolve around the sun, there would not be any seasons. The problem is that if the earth did not revolve around the sun, that is, if it came to a stop in its orbit, the sun's gravity (with just the tiniest help from the earth's) would pull the earth into the sun.
