Law is necessary for a regulated society. Just imagine how many lives would be lost if we didn't have control on drugs or how many people would get killed and the criminals would get away with it if we didn't have a criminal justice system. Imagine the danger and chaos if drivers got to choose where they could drive to and on what side of the street they could drive on. These are just some examples of what would happen if we didn't have the necessary basic laws.
Without laws, there would likely be chaos and anarchy as there would be no regulations or guidelines for people to follow. Society would struggle to function and maintain order, leading to potential conflicts and disputes that could escalate without any means of resolution.
Society would break down.
People all say at one time or another that they would favor having no laws but don't believe it. Think, and I mean really think about all the laws we have. Now, think about all those times the Cops get called...fights, loud noise, dogs barking (I love this one...what can they do about the dog...duck tape it???), kids, parties, bars, shop lifting, stealing, medical emergencies....you can go on & on until you are blue in the face. No laws
no common sense, no curbing ridiculous actions....for example, what stops a grocery store from selling a case of H20 during a Hurricane/Blizzard or other serious disaster at an exorbitant price? You think its because they couldn't get the $$ for it? How about when the sewers get flooded in your Town/City...who is going to come out and take care of that without laws in place? Say, Let's all go throw our batteries & leftover paint into the Town/City water supply sources...NO? Yeah, I didn't think so. Most people do not realize how much LAW is needed to make it just on an every day basis, so that each & every one of us can have some resemblance of a normal life. Think about what you do every day from start to finish and you will see how much LAW affects your life.
Another perspective:Without written laws there is natural law. In the absence of man-made laws, individual men make the law; anarchy ensues. Eventually, people eliminate those things that annoy them the most, and only one remains. In the event of anarchy, I will be the last to remain.Society would break down.

In the event of anarchy, I will be the last to remain.everything would be ruined and you would have to live a bad life. you wouldnt go to jail because you wouldnt break any law. everything would be a disaster because delincuents would live there.
Society will fall apart, humans will turn on one another and life as we know it will cease to exist.
We call it "Anarchy".
----------------------------
I expect the first thing would happen is that some one would start making new rules and thinking of how they could turn them into laws.
Go online and look at some of the third world countries like Somalia. Chaos rules because there is no government or laws. If you like going out to a movie, shopping, jogging in the park, or just sitting around then you want government and laws. To have a society where people can live, own a home, driven a car, go to school, and feel safe laws are needed. When man first began to form societies and groups one reason they did so because they were safer together and could make rules for living.
total chaos
Added: Anarchy
anarchy
Without written laws, society would lack a clear framework for governing behavior, leading to uncertainty, conflict, and potential chaos. Written laws provide a foundation for organizing society, defining rights and responsibilities, and ensuring justice and order.
If a state were able to override a federal law, it would create a situation of legal conflict and confusion. This could lead to inconsistencies in how laws are applied within the country, potentially undermining the effectiveness of the federal legal system and threatening national unity.
Without laws, there would likely be chaos, as there would be no formal system in place to regulate behavior and resolve disputes. People may act in self-interest without regard for the well-being of others, leading to potential conflict, violence, and an overall breakdown of society. Laws help establish order, protect individual rights, and provide a framework for a functioning society.
Those caught stealing from the Incas could face severe punishments such as death, enslavement, or harsh physical punishments. The Incas enforced strict laws to protect their property and resources.
A world without laws would likely be chaotic and unsafe. There would be no rules governing behavior, leading to potential harm, violence, and exploitation. Without laws to provide structure and order, society would struggle to function effectively.
It would depend on the severity of the disobedience.
it would be considered breaking the laws
Children would be working in sweatshops and nobody would have a living wage.

That would depend on where you park it - different countries have different laws, even different cities have different laws.
Without curfew laws, there may be an increase in late-night activities and gatherings, potentially leading to more noise disturbances, crimes, and accidents during the late hours of the night. It could also impact the safety and well-being of minors who may be out late without supervision. Overall, curfew laws help to regulate behavior and promote safety during certain hours.
If the state laws had more power than federal laws the Constitution would have little to no power.
Then the laws of physics would be broken. An impossibility.
Consequences for an organization breaking laws and codes can include legal penalties, fines, lawsuits, damage to reputation, loss of business opportunities, and potential closure of the organization. Additionally, it can impact employee morale and result in decreased trust from stakeholders.
It is not possible, should such a thing happen then it would violate one of the basic laws of the universe. There is always waste in one form or another.

It depends on which people and which historical period. Different peoples have/had different laws.
