Since the Cerebellum is a vital part of the Brain, you would most likely die if you didn't have the part. Altho, you could survive. The syptoms would be very bad, though. Some syptoms could be excessive loss of balance, movement, and posture.

The cerebellum is the centre of all motor coordination so you wouldn't be able to move. Unless you were on life support, you wouldn't live very long.
