If all the ice melted in the North Polar regions, there would be no rise in sea levels, because Arctic ice is in the water already.

If all the ice melted in the South Polar regions, in Antarctica, then sea levels around the world would rise 70 metres, or 230 feet. Every coastal city round the world would be flooded, including New York State.
