Germany would have probably received the rest of Acsace-Lorraine. Ukraine, the Baltic states, Finland, and the Tracscaucasian states would all be protectorates of Germany. Austria-Hungary would most likely split Serbia with Bulgaria. The Ottomans would regain Crete and Montenegro would probably be taken by Austria-Hungary. Quite frankly, i find it hard to believe that the Austro-Hungarian dual monarchy could last. Most likely Hungary would secede from the empire, and the Austrian and German puppet states, along with the nations themselves, would jump on Hungary and then reduce it's territory to something like Hungary post-treaty of Versailles. The British Union of Fascists would take power in Britain, possibly Action Francaise in France It's unclear what would happen in Russia. Possibly the czar or his family members, possibly someone like Lavr Kornilov, would take power. It's unlikely that after the defeat of Russia and the humiliating terms of the treaty of Brest-Litvosk that the Bolsheviks would stay in power. Have you ever read the Timeline 191 series, by Harry Turtledove?
There would have been many spies working for the Central Powers.
England technically entered world war one because the central powers invaded Belgium who's borders were protected by England, but it is probable that Britain would have joined the war anyways after the rest of the entente had done so.
The original alliance of England, France, and Russia, which existed before WW I and before the US joined the alliance, was called the Triple Entente, which is derived from the French word meaning understanding. These three nations, in other words, had an understanding among each other that they would mutually resist any aggression from the central powers. I have not heard of any other name that applied to the central powers prior to WW I.
Another name for the Triple Alliance is the Central Powers.
The main reason that the Arab Tribes united against the Central Powers is that Great Britain had promised the Arabs independence. This would be the first time that Arabs would have independence in much of the Middle East since the 13th century. Conversely, Arabs had no fears concerning Russia, Germany, or any of the major powers in World War I other than the Ottoman Empire and had no alignment with any country prior to the war. The Arab Tribes only entered World War I because of the British promise, because this was the first time their self-interest was catered to.

If the Central Powers won World war 1 then they would dominate the world. The Germans would have all of Britan,France and Eastern Europe. The Ottomans having to control the Balkans and Strech into Southeast Asia and West And East Africa. The Germans And Ottomans would Dominate the world If they won. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- there were 4 Central Powers , you forgot half of the Central Powers . Austria & Bulgaria dominated the Balkans in 1917 , why would that change ?
That would be the Central Powers.
I would describe WW I as a huge accident that was set off by the assassination of the Archduke Ferdinand, rather than as a deliberate attempt by the allied powers, the Triple Entente, to take advantage of the Central Powers.
Serbia would have received further harassment from Austria-Hungary, and that could have affected whether or not Frederick Ferdinand (The Archduke of Austria-Hungary) was killed or not, which was more or less the CAUSE of the war. But if he had been killed, Serbia would have been utterly crushed by the much more powerful Austria-Hungarian military. Also, Russia would have not have entered the War to protect it's Slavic bretheren, and the outcome and Victors of WWI could have been the central powers, since Russia (being a VERY powerful military force) would have not been there to help the Allied powers fight the Central Powers. And only God knows what the world would be like today if that happened
