There are as many reasons as why a refund check might not be received: Too early after filing your claim, holidays, clerk's work load, change of addresses, etc. Best to call the office if it's been too long.

It is a process because once you notify them of your disability, then your benefits will be placed on hold, you will be sent medical documentation for your Doctor to fill out, and return. The unemployment office will only know if you are disabled if you tell them.

They do not have the capabilities of checking to see if you are on social security, so the best policy is to not say anything... =)
