There are a lot of answer out there but there been great research about our sun going Nova. First of all Our sun is too small to become a black hole, second of all our sun can't go through the phase of super nova as our sun is too small. It can only go through Nova. If the sun where to go out right now Life would end instancely well not quite it takes 6 minutes for light to travel to earth from the sun. Our sun is not going go out now but if it did all life would end and our earth would be sucked into the sun. http://www.space.com/scienceastronomy/solarsystem/death_of_earth_000224.html "The life-giving, aging star we orbit is using up its fuel supply and will collapse within 7 billion years. Before that, though, there will be an agonizing period of repeated swelling, as the sun grows into a red giant. How giant? "Earth will end up in the sun, vaporizing and blending its material with that of the sun," said Iowa State University's Lee Anne Willson"

The Sun provides evergy to plants, which are consumed by animals, which are consumed by other animals, which are consumed by other animals, and so on and so on. So all life on Earth, directly or indirectly, gets its energy from the Sun, including humans. Also, without the Sun, the Earth would be extremely cold. So if the Sun just went out (not went super nova, which it will eventualy do, but simply dissapeared) then humans would very quickly die out, and though we might live longer than most species due to our technology,(though not all, some subterenean bacteria and other forms of life would almost certainly live longer, though they too would die eventualy) we would eventualy die out, and there would be no way we could possibly stop that.

We would all need heavy coats and flashlights. We could see the stars 24 hours a day,

but we would never know when one day became the next day. And we would never see

the moon again.

All of this would soon become irrelevant, though, when we realized that plants could no longer

grow, so there was nothing for animals to eat, and there was therefor nothing for us to eat.

You could forget about fish too, as all the waters would soon be frozen over.

If the sun goes out the earth will freez and all living things will die in less than 1 hour. Everything will be pitch black and we will mainly use eletricity.

Some scientists think that when the sun goes out we will have to leave the planet and find a new one to build on and lve in there in a new solar system or the same.

Many different scientists think different things and it is still fully undecided what will happen in over a thousand years.

Some even think when the sun blows up the force of the explotion will knock earth or even blow that up and kill many. Some scientists in China are making a device to which will say sround which year the sun blows up but some people do not think that is accurate.

The Earth would rapidly begin to cool off. The land and oceans would freeze. The air might begin to liquify and freeze. Earth's only heat source would be the heat of the core, plus the energy of natural radioactive decay in the outer core and mantle. The tremendous cold would begin to approach absolute zero at the surface of the planet while a few hundred miles below the surface the heat would last for thousands of years.

There would be no light and no heat we would all die form the cold.

Also, the plants would die off, then all the animals we eat, then us. So if you survived the cold, you would starve to death.

We would still be able to see, because there is enough light from starlight to make out shapes in the darkness. If the sun suddenly went dark it would be 8 more minutes before anyone on earth even knew about it.

Know how much colder it is in the morning, just before sunrise, than it is in the afternoon? That is about how fast earth's temperature would continue to drop. The oceans hold a lot of heat, so it would be months before they started to freeze over. Lakes and rivers would begin freezing in just a matter of weeks. When you put a bucket over your lawn, it takes about a week for the grass to wither and turn brown from lack of sunlight. So plants would begin dying within days. Evergreen trees would last the longest, holding out months before dying. Once the oceans froze over pretty much the only life left would be underground, in well insulated enclaves. Earth's interior stays warm by the slow decay of radioactive isotopes within the mantle. The only warm places on the earth would be the few hot springs and geothermal vents.

It never fall down since how it's form and current position right now was still govern by the laws of physics and chemistry.

if it did full down we would all be dead before you can say wheres my factor 8 .if the sun is hot where it is how hot would it be when it gets nearer and nearer , then theirs the impact of it hitting earth , if it missed we would all freeze to death in days, and everything which needs the sun would die

The Sun, as the largest mass in the solar system, DEFINES "down". It is already there. It is the Earth and other planets that are "up", away from the Sun.

If the Sun were to go out, we would all die. All life on Earth would cease as the world gradually froze.

No worries, however; the Sun cannot "go out". There is too much mass and too much energy for it to "go out". Even if the nuclear fusion reaction in the Sun were to stop, the Sun would continue to radiate energy for thousands of years. The heat would come from gravitational compression.

We will see the real results of this question in action during the 3 Days of Darkness and the partial days that prelude. The answer is not one we currently know through science.

Would every one die if the sun went out?

Almost all life on Earth depends on the sun (there is some that get their energy from deep ocean volcanic vents, though). However, certainly for humans, if the sun went out, we'd all die. Of course, we wouldn't see that - it would be dark(!)

Left to nature's devices most humans would sleep?

when the sun came up! and sleep soon after it went down.

How many minutes will it take us to realize the sun went out?

It will take 8 minutes for humans to realize the sun went out because that how long it takes for the speed of light to travel

Would the earth freez if the sun went out?

Yes the earth would freeze if the sun went out. It would get so cold that blankets and heaters and jackets would not be enough to keep you alive.

What modifications would be for humans to live on the sun?

water

What would you need to do to visit the sun?

It is impossible for humans to even get close to the sun, or visit it.

What would happen if there were no sun what impact would this have on fuels?

if there was no sun there would be no solar system. If the sun went out tomorrow we would all freeze to death in a very short time

What would happen if a spaceship went to the sun?

vaporization of the spaceship

If the sun dies out won't the earth die out and won't we die?

Yes, Earth would die out and so would we if the sun dies out. If the sun died out there would be no plant growth from lack of sun so no oxygen is produced by plants. Humans need oxygen to live, no oxygen means no more humans.

What would happen if the sun went supernova?

we would explode and if there were survivors they would freeze to death

Why wouldn't plants and humans survive on mercury?

The planet Mercury is way to close to the sun. Plants, humans, and all other organisms would be incinerated by the heat of the sun.

What would happen if the sun went one degree higher?

We would all die
