If your check engine light is on, get a code reader and see what codes are coming up. It could be many things, but you'll need the codes first. Otherwise, check the connections throughout your drivetrain including your transmission mounts, motor mounts, drive shaft, etc. check the tail of the trans se if the bolts are loose... Could be that your torque converter is not locking up properly, try a trans fluid change and see if it helps.
