Sorry, but I'm looking for my rattle as well. I have a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Someone told me it was the struts. Well, new struts, same rattle. My rattle is right in the passenger side rear seat area. Any bump, no matter how small and I hear it. Had the seats out. All I can say is it's louder with the rear seats folded down. I've checked everything obvious.
I would suggest replacing it.
I would have the ignition module checked .
Possible the battery is just too old, or it is damaged.
The rattle sound is a warning. The snake wouldn't shake the rattle (unless threatened), as it would warn prey that the snake was hunting.
The fuse probably blew that controls the dashboard lights.
Bad switch in steering column? diffrent fuses.
The fuel filter could be blocked.
The rattle is only shaken, as a warning, when the snake feels threatened. The rattle is not shaken while hunting, as the sound would warn prey that the snake was nearby.
No. There would be a gasket between the head and the block, though.
Stuck thermostat, clogged radiator.
Blown fuse, bad temp sensor, bad ground, bad fan motor
A baby in the back (with a rattle of course), or a rattle snake under the seat
Does it shake and stall when decellerating or at anytime? because mine seems to do that but its only when decellerating at a stop light or stop sign or whever and it dont always do it.. only after long drives. (1992 Pontiac Sunbird). It might be a bad EGR Valve.
Compressor not running, blown fuse, low of freon.
no, losing the manual would not cause the car to use freon.
sounds like t.c.c solenoid.[torque converter clutch solenoid]
Get a can of WD40 and spray the inside and outside of the dist cap and all of the plug wiring and coil.
the minimum is 100 PSI. The maximum variation would be 30% between the 4 cylinders.
i believe your relay might be acting up. i would replace it r u sure u aren't stuck on delay!!?? been there, done that!! This happened on our 94 Sunbird LE...it is indeed the relay.
I'm assuming you're talking about the front fender, in which case, I'm 90% certain they are identical. The best way to be absolutely certain though, would be to grab your phone book and call a local salvage yard, they can tell you right away what's interchangeable and what's not.
Are the brakes right and is the e-brake not sticking?
I had a 1988 Pontiac Sunbird GT with the 2.0L Turbocharged engine. I replaced the alternator every 26K mi. I believe this was due to the underhood temperatures caused by the turbo. I had the car for 123K mi. before I sold it. Still in great shape. Could be due to a short in the electrical system or a bad ground.
what causes a roaring sound in a 2004 pontiac sunfire after it warms up? it runs great and idles great and quiet except for this.Anonymously
Sounds like to me that you have a bad electrical short somewhere.
Check the computer that happen to me on a suzuki, the computer was burned. You can find it on a junk yard.
