the blower motor has gone bad
Check your blower motor located under the glove box. Many times mice will build a nest in the blower moter housing and the smell may be from a dead mouse. The moter is easy to remove with just 3 screws holding it in place.
Probably a broken moter mount.
From what I know the blower brushes are worn down. Easy fix just do a search for "replacing blower brushes on 85 Mercedes 300D ZaneRen
Bad ground or power wire on the blower.
probably a defective blower motor. not really, the blower works at all times
it is located uper the back seat. which some times shorts out the rear heated seats.
Most likely is a short in the wiring from your heating/cooling/vent controls to the blower motor, or simply the blower is going bad.
One can purchase a 1993 Cadillac Deville from the Auto Trader website, Kijiji, or a used car dealership. Often times one could try an auction as they have a wide variety of vehicles to bid on.
Can you feel anything coming out of the vents. Also if you turn on the dial that controls the speed of the blower, and you dont feel anything coming out then you need a fuse or blower motor or mabe a resister for the blower motor. I would have to say that 8 out of 10 times its usually the blower motor resistor. Hope this helps
Condition, condition, condition. Your hair has been dyed multiple times and will be dry.
The blower is under the dash on passenger side. Remove lower panels (7mm), then blower cover. If your blower only works on 3,4 or 5 and does not blow on 1 or 2, you don't need a blower. You need a blower motor resistor. It is also under dash on pass side. Remove lower panel. Resistor is right up against the fire wall. Unplug it and remove 2 (5.5mm or 7/32) screws. They are kind of a pain to reach but I've done it many times.
must times und driver side dash, some times in glove box, or under hood
