Chips are in the junk food category because they contain no nutrition - only carbs. They would probably be put into the Fats/Oils category though because of all the grease in them.

This depends on the computer chips in question. If they are surface mounted chips, no. But if they are socketed or soldered through the board, they can be replaced.The CPU and the RAM are "computer chips," and replacing them is fairly simple. However, you would not be able to replace the chipset chips, and even if you could get them off without damaging the motherboard, finding replacements might be a bit difficult, and installing the new ones would be impossible for the average home hobbyist.

This is useful. Cooking chips in an oven makes them quite less fatty than deep fried chips. Also, there is no danger of burning oil spilling on you. But watch out to make sure they don't get overcooked :)
