look it really could just be nothing, so dont do anything rash. But yet if it was one of "those" looks well we may be on to something! :) If you like him and he likes you dont jump all over him! Just sit on down and everything will fall into place.

"Oh no, it's that weird girl again. I hope she doesn't come over here."
"I wonder how long it's going to take her to realize there's spinach stuck in her teeth."

I think he is not yet sure if he loves you. He thinks about you most of the time, but there is a sort of fear which prevents him of further action. I think it's not a bad idea if you break the ice and try to talk to him to find out what's going on in his mind
