A fascist government would usually be solidified under a leader. That leader would have freedom of speech, but noone else would.
Any such law would violate freedom of expression which falls under freedom of speech and thus would quickly be declared unconstitutional.
No. It is a contradiction in terms to think of freedom without freedom of religion, just as it would be a contradiction in terms to think of freedom without freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and so on. Freedom means not having to follow any one religion, nor having the values of any one religion imposed on society at large.
It depends if any more freedom fighter would have arose at that time. Gandhiji however had an impact.
Because if it did not exist then we would not have any freedom and England would have power over us
Historically in most countries it would be more accurate to say there has been no freedom from any government search at all. In the US, the Bill of Rights grants freedom from unreasonablesearches. Whether any given search was unreasonable or not is generally a matter for an appeals court to decide.
I guess it would be because Freedom and Prosperity come hand in hand, like twins, they are almost inseparable, and without Freedom, Prosperity would almost be impossible. However, in relation to United States History, I don't believe I have any relevant knowledge of that.
If your mother would not let you have any freedom that means she loves you and she is just too worried about you. If you think you are ready for freedom then you should talk to your mother and then she might give you freedom. I know because I did the same thing when I was eight years old and know I now I am 16 years old. I am talking about I can never leave the house. (what you put up there was like fruitcakeness)B.T.W. I am a year yuonger than you)
Freedom of the Press is granted by the first Amendment, the freedom of speech. Did you know that the First Amendment protects the following? * Freedom of Expression * Freedom of Speech * Freedom of the Press
If freedom of speech never evolved, life would have changed drastically. We would be in a dictatorship, and we will not have been known for "the land of the free". We also would not have the 1st amendment which is freedom of speech; also we wouldn't have any civil rights movements, peace movements, woman's suffrage and countless of other key movements in Us history.
There would be no written laws. We wouldn't have any freedom of speech or religion.
There are limits for freedom of speech as well as freedom of expression. These limits on freedom of expression are referred to as time, place, and manner restrictions. Therefore a law stating any one individual or organization can only contribute so much would still allow one to contribute but place an amount on it therefore it would not violate the freedom of expression but rather place a focus point on it.
