What would you do if you found your 11 year old son wearing diapers to bed even though they don't wet the bed?

The answer is simple YES as it is better to get a good nite sleep and not wake up in cold wet sheets that need to be washed. With the society that thinks the problem is with the teen it is really the society and attitude here in the US that is the problem.
No harm and no big deal should be made of this. Just support the kid and they will grow out of it without a complexity of shame that will stay with them for a lifetime. no,teen boys should not wear diapers for bedwetting-they should wear goodnites or pullups.cloth or disposable diapers and plastic pants are appropriate for bedwetting teen girls,not boys.

∙ 12y agoAnswer: If you ask someone who wears diapers- they will say it's normal. The same as if you are to ask someone who eats bugs whether or not they think eating bugs is normal- of course their going to say they think it is. But anyway, I think it is the moral responsibility of the parent to take the child to a psychiatrist and find out why exactly it's happening. Speaking from experience- it could be some bottled up issues about a specific event in their childhood.
Answer: Just leave them alone. It can be a sexual thing, and they are entitled to their own private sex life, or it can be like a security blanket. They might also actually accidentally wet the bed but are scared to tell you.

Maybe he ejaculates in his sleep & doesn't wish to mess the sheets.
If my son was wearing diapers I would go so far as to buy a few cloth diapers to wear & wash.
Maybe he likes the feel of diapers.

Obviously there is a problem which in all probability was cause by a parent. ( where else could he have picked up such behavior) Did you keep him in diapers because of the convenience? Now look at what you have caused. You broke it, now fix it-get him some help-and not with a female physiologist-give him some dignity.
Counseling is in order, not outlandish speculation he may be ejaculating at night.
