Tough one. Either way, two of you will end up getting hurt. One of you will most likely end up giving up, he's not worth the drama. That leaves two. If you can tell your other bff is hurting a lot, all three of you should talk it out. If you are truly friends, it will be agreed to just give him up to one of you, or NONE of you.
If the one can't stop flirting, just let her go. Chances are, he has his eye on one of the other two, since he's probably sick of her throwing herself at him. Guys like a challenge!
