well, the obvious part is to deduct what the snake is, if it is a garden snake, just approach it and pick it up near the middle with 2 hands, then put it in a bowl with a cap and then (airholes) go put it somewhere else. If it's a poisonous snake, , walk away, they can't slither all that fast and then call the appropriate animal services

∙ 14y agoThere are many kinds of snakes. Some are harmless to people, and some are deadly. If you do not know the type of snake, it is best to keep a distance until you know. A few species of poisonous snake, like the water moccasin are very aggressively and will pursue a retreating person. In such a case, any weapon available (sticks, rocks, etc.) are better than nothing.
