set a goal, such as walk every day and each day increase that. I am also 15 and i have just found ways to motivate myself, one thing i read that helps is that you have to run for, four and a half hours to burn off a sausage roll, so why bother , I also pig out on fruit especially grapes, and remember no food tastes better than how being fit and healthy does! everyone is special!
