Barack Obama wears a black Jorg Gray 6500 Series Chronograph. The watch was presented to Obama on his 46th birthday in August 2007 by his Secret Service detail, who purchased the watch from the Secret Service store in Washington, D.C.

This is a difficult question to answer without access to archival material. The internet suggests only one answer and that is a Timex Indiglo worn by Pres. G. W. Bush. I cannot verify the veracity of this. I have seen several different timepieces on Pres. Elect Obama's wrist. They are not identifiable in videos and still photos I have seen but appear to have two or three common features. They are all band rather than bracelet watches. They appear to have black faces and seem to have at least one complication.
